Krishnagiri is a land of wise scholars, men of valor and courage, blessed with the green valleys, hills and hillocks and inhabited by people known for innovative farming. This district is gifted with black granite hillocks and named as “Krishnagiri”. The literacy rate in Krishnagiri is 72% which is well below the national average of 84%. As part of educating Krishnagiri district, TNF Austin Chapter is supporting Government Higher Secondary School, Natrampalayam through their ABC Program.
$5,700 was fundraised during the 2023 TNF 5k event for building 2 new shed units at Natrampalayam Higher Secondary School.
